PAWNSHOP ORDINANCE TO AL ENDSLEY, CONSUMER CREDIT
COMMISSIONER FOR CONSIDERATION OF ITS USE THROUGHOUT THE
STATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby instructed to
submit the City's adopted pawnshop ordinance to Al Endsley, Consumer
Credit Commissioner for consideration of its use throughout the state.
