APPROVING PETITION OF CPL
FOR NEW TARIFF TO PROVIDE
METAL HALIDE STREET LIGHTING SERVICE
WHEREAS, on May 22, 1991, Central Power & Light Company filed with the
City and requested City Council approval of a proposed new tariff for Metal Halide Street
Lighting Service within the City of Corpus Christi;
WHEREAS, said proposed service would benefit the City of Corpus Christi;
and
reasonable.
WHEREAS, it is determined that the rates proposed in said tariff are just and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS
SECTION 1. That the proposed tariff for Metal Halide Street Lighting
Service is approved to be effective within the City of Corpus Christi beginning June 4, 1991,
or as soon thereafter as practicable.
