ACCEPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 91 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE FISCAL
YEAR 91 CDBG PROGRAM; AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR
APPROVED FISCAL YEAR 91 PROJECTS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Fiscal Year 91 (17th year) Community Development Block
Grant Program is hereby accepted and that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute all
related documents.
SECTION 2. That funds provided by the Community Development Block Grant
Program are hereby appropriated for approved Fiscal Year 91 projects in accordance with said Fiscal
Year 91 Plan.
