AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 1991-92 BUDGET ORDINANCE, AVIATION
FUND BUDGET, TO ESTABLISH A CAPITAL RESERVE IN THE AMOUNT
OF $436,655 AND APPROPRIATING $117,000 FOR CAPITAL EXPENDITURES
DURING FY 1991-92; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Fiscal Year 1991-92 Budget Ordinance
No. 021197 is hereby amended by establishing a capital reserve in the
amount of $436,655 to be funded from the FY 1991-92 Aviation Fund
unreserved fund balance.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $117,000 from the
Aviation Fund capital reserve for capital expenditures during FY 1991-
1992.
SECTION 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five
Councilmembers, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to
the need for the efficient and effective administration of City affairs,
such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension
of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances at
three regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take
-ef�fect,upon first reading as an emergency measure this the r) day of

For the reasons set forth in the emergency clause of the foregoing ordinance an emergency
exists requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances at
three regular meetings; I/we, therefore, request that you suspend said Charter rule and pass this
ordinance finally on the date it is introduced, or at the present meeting of the City Council.
