That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an Earnest Money Contract and Quit Claim Deed to Reed S. Clark for a .127 acre tract of abandoned railroad right-of-way out of the Corpus Beach Hotel Addition for $12,456, a substantial copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, marked Exhibit "A."
