AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FIVE (5) YEAR AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI AND CORPUS CHRISTI LIMOUSINES
UNLIMITED, INC. EFFECTIVE 60 DAYS AFTER THE FINAL APPROVAL OF THE
CITY COUNCIL; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a five (5) year
agreement between the City and Corpus Christi Limousines Unlimited, Inc. for airport shuttle
service, a substantial copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, marked Exhibit "A."
SECTION 3. Publication shall be made in the official publication of the City of
Corpus Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
