APPROVING THE REIMBURSEMENT APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY
P.E.T.C.O. FACILITY, OWNERS OF LOTS 1, BLOCK 3, AIRPORT
INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION, FOR THE INSTALLATION OF 1,780
LINEAR FEET OF 10 -INCH SANITARY SEWER LINE, AND
APPROPRIATING $35,121.00 FROM THE NO. 145-247.96 SANITARY
SEWER LINE COLLECTION TRUST FUND; AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there here is hereby approved the
reimbursement application submitted by P.E.T.C.O. Facility, owners
of Lot 1, Block 3, Airport Industrial Subdivision, for the
installation of 1,780 linear feet of 10 -inch sanitary sewer line.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $35,121.00
from the No. 145-247.96 Sanitary Sewer Line Collection Trust Fund.
SECTION 3. That upon written request of the Mayor of
five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an
emergency due to the need for immediate action necessary for the
efficient and effective administration of City affairs, such
finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension
of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances
at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and
