AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES BY AMENDING CHAPTER 2,
ADMINISTRATION, BY REPEALING DIVISION 12, HONEY BEE
ADVISORY COMMITTEE, SECTIONS 2-140 AND 2-141.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS :
SECTION 1. That the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 2,
Administration, is hereby amended by amending Article IV,
Miscellaneous Boards, Commissions and Committees, by repealing and
deleting therefrom Division 12, Honey Bee Advisory Committee,
Section 2-140, Created, membership, terms, and Section 2-141,
Duties, as follows:
