LEASE AT CORPUS CHRISTI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI: SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a five year renewal of the Ackerley Airport Advertising, Inc. lease for the consideration shown in Exhibit A attached and made a part hereof. All other terms and conditions to remain the same as the prior lease. SECTION 2. Terms: The renewal period will be for five years beginning January 1, 1993, and ending December 31, 1997. Ackerly Advertising will increase the percentage of gross receipts over the term as follows: 50% for the first year (January 1 through December 31, 1993) 52% for the second year (January 1 through December 31, 1994) 54% for the third year (January 1 through December 31, 1995) 56% for the fourth year (January 1 through December 31, 1996) 58% for the fifth year (January 1 through December 31, 1997) The guaranteed minimum payments shall remain at $66,600.00 annually.
