HomeMy WebLinkAbout021620 ORD - 03/23/1993AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $918,152 FROM THE STREET BOND FUND TO SUPPORT THE RECOMMENDED STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated $918,152 from the Street Bond Fund to support the recommended street improvement projects. SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for immediate action necessary for the efficient and effective administration of City affairs, such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first eadingas an emergency measure this the 23 day of krC,tA , 19 C3 ATTEST: rOWJAAr City Secretary" MAYOR THE CIT F CORPUS CHRISTI APPROVED: 1P DAY OF JAMES R.
