WHEREAS, as part of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System
(NPDES), the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by Administrative
Orders, Docket Nos. VI 91-2720, VI 91-2718, VI 91-2724, VI 91-2719, VI 91-2721, VI 91-
2722, requires the City of Corpus Christi to submit a resolution relating to annual
Municipal Water Pollution Prevention Environmental Audit for each wastewater treatment
plant;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Corpus Christi informs EPA Region 6 that the
following actions were taken by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
Reviewed and approved the 1992 Municipal Water Pollution Prevention
Environmental Audit reports which are attached to this resolution for the following plants
and permit numbers:
