AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE
TO EXECUTE THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE
BAYFEST AGREEMENT AUTHORIZED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 021147 ON MAY 7, 1991, AMENDED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 021432 ON JUNE 9, 1992; AND AUTHORIZING AN
ADMISSION FEE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to
execute the second amendment, authorizing an admission fee, to the Bayfest Agreement
authorized by Ordinance No. 021147 on May 7, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No.
021432 on June 9, 1992, a substantial copy of the second amendment is attached and
incorporated as Exhibit A.

SECOND AMENDMENT TO BAYFEST AGREEMENT
STATE OF TEXAS §
COUNTY OF NUECES §
The City of Corpus Christi (City) and Bayfest, Inc. (Bayfest) agree to the following
amendments to the Bayfest Agreement authorized by City Council by Ordinance No. 021147
on May 7, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 021432 on June 9, 1992:
Paragraph 25 shall be amended to read as follows:
25. Bayfest may charge an admission fee of two ($2.00) dollars per adult, one
($1.00) dollar per senior citizen, and no charge for children under twelve (12)
years of age.
All other terms and conditions of the Bayfest Agreement authorized by
Ordinance No. 021147 on May 7, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 021432 on June 9,
1992 not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect.
