HomeMy WebLinkAbout021702 ORD - 07/20/1993AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $454,000.00 FROM THE GROUP HEALTH UNRESERVED FUND BALANCE; APPROPRIATING $374,000.00 OF EXCESS REVENUE IN GROUP HEALTH FUND NO. 138; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 021441, WHICH ADOPTED THE FY 92-93 BUDGET, BY ADDING $828,000.00 TO GROUP HEALTH FUND NO. 138; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. $454,000.00 revenue is appropriated from the Group Health Unreserved Fund Balance to pay anticipated claims costs incurred in FY 92-93. SECTION 2. $374,000.00 of excess revenue in Group Health Fund No. 138 is appropriated to pay anticipated claims costs incurred in FY 92-93. SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 021441, which adopted the FY 92-93 budget, is amended by adding $828,000.00 to Group Health Fund No. 138. SECTION 4.
