HomeMy WebLinkAbout021821 ORD - 12/14/1993AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 12, BOATS, BAYS AND WATERWAYS BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 12-32. NO WAKE ZONES; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the Code of Ordinances Chapter 12, Boats, Bays and Waterways be amended by adding a new Section 12-32. No Wake Zones as follows: 12-32. No Wake Zones (a) (b) The speed limit in all man-made developments shall be four (4) miles (c) No person shall exceed four (4) miles man-made canals adjacent to residen (d) Any property owners association associated with such man-made developments may purchase, install, which are posted the No Wake Zone per hour speed limit. If for any reason any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, work or provision of this ordinance shall be held invalid or unconstitutional by final judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect any other section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word or provision of this ordinance for it is the definite intent of this City Council that every section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word or provision hereof be given full force and effect for its purpose.
