HomeMy WebLinkAbout021831 ORD - 12/21/1993AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 021139, PASSED AND APPROVED ON APRIL 16, 1991, BY AMENDING SECTION 3 OF SAID ORDINANCE SO AS TO ADOPT THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL AND ASSESSMENTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $566,819.22 ON 368 ITEMS, LEVIED AGAINST THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON CLIFFORD STREET FROM SANTA FE STREET TO SOUTH STAPLES STREET, ON PALMERO, COLE, NAPLES AND ATLANTIC STREETS FROM SANTA FE STREET TO ALAMEDA STREET, DEL MAR BOULEVARD FROM SANTA FE STREET TO 'A RS AT EDSTR ET, SANTA OUIS E SATREET AVE(WESTSIDE ONLY) FROM NA AVENUE (NORTH ROADWAY) FROM SANTA FE STREET TO LAME AND LAWNVIEW STREET FROM LOUISIANA AVENUE D O AYERS STREET, AS PART OF THE DEL MAR AREA, PHASE II STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 021139 passed and approved on April 16, 1991, be amended by amending Section 3 so as to adopt the final assessment roll and assessments in the amount of $566,81922 on 368 items, levied against owners of property on Clifford Street from Santa Fe Street to South Staples Street, on Palmero, Cole, Naples and Atlantic Streets from Santa Fe Street to Alameda Street, Del Mar Boulevard from Santa Fe Street to Alameda Street, Santa Fe Street (westside only) from Ayers Street to Louisiana Avenue, Louisiana Avenue (north roadway) from Santa Fe Street to Alameda Street, and Lawnview Street from Louisiana Avenue to Ayers Street, as part of the Del Mar Area, Phase II Street Improvements Project, a substantial copy of which amended and final assessment roll is attached hereto and made a part hereof, marked Exhibit "A." SECTION 2.
