WHEREAS, by Sheriff's Sale conducted on November 5, 1991,
the property described below was struck -off to Nueces County,
Trustee, and
WHEREAS, the sum of $8,000.00 has been tendered by Ms.
Jennifer J. Hernandez, of Nueces County for the purchase of said
property pursuant to Section 34.05, Texas Tax Code Ann. (Vernon,
1982);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a tax resale deed on behalf of the City of Corpus Christi
conveying to Ms. Hernandez all of the right, title, and interest of
Nueces County, and all other taxing units interested in the tax
foreclosure judgment in the following described real property
located in Nueces county, Texas:
Lot 36, Block 1, Austin Addition, a subdivision of the City of
Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas
