A RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, by Sheriff's Sale conducted on July 6, 1993, the
described below was struck -off to Nueces County, Trustee,
to a delinquent tax foreclosure decree of the 148th
Court, Nueces County, Texas, and
WHEREAS, the sum of $10,000.00 has been tendered by Ms.
L. Morgan of Nueces County for the purchase of said
pursuant to Section 34.05, Texas Tax Code Ann. (Vernon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a tax resale deed on behalf of the City of Corpus Christi
conveying to Ms. Morgan all of the right, title, and interest of
Nueces County, and all other taxing units interested in the tax
foreclosure judgment in the following described real property
located in Nueces county, Texas:
190 X 153.22 out of portion of Lot 12, Block C, Flour Bluff
Estates, City of Corpus Christi, Volume 1695, Page 197, Deed
Records of Nueces County, Texas
