WHEREAS, by Sheriff's Sale conducted on March 2, 1993,
the property described below was struck -off to Nueces County,
Trustee, pursuant to a delinquent tax foreclosure decree of the
214th District Court, Nueces County, Texas, and
WHEREAS, the sum of $18,230.00 has been tendered by Mr.
and Mrs. Snapka of Nueces County for the purchase of said property
pursuant to Section 34.05, Texas Tax Code Ann. (Vernon, 1982);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a tax resale deed on behalf of the City of Corpus Christi
conveying to Mr. and Mrs. Snapka all of the right, title, and
interest of Nueces County, and all other taxing units interested in
the tax foreclosure judgment in the following described real
property located in Nueces county, Texas:
LOT 1, BLOCK 3, GUTH PARKSIDE, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS
