TO PROVIDE AS FOLLOWS;
AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 55, UTILITIES,
ARTICLE VIII, WATER SERVICE OUTSIDE CITY, SEC. 55-111.
CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS WHERE LAND IS PARTLY OR WHOLLY
BEYOND CITY BY NOT REQUIRING GOVERNMENTALLY OWNED
PROPERTIES TO BE PLATTED AND ANNEXED; AND PROVIDING FOR
SEVERANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 55,
Utilities, Article VIII, Water Service Outside City, Sec. 55-111,
Contract requirements where land is partly or wholly beyond City be
amended by adding the following:

of this ordinance for it is the definite intent of this City

word or provision hereof be given full force and effect for its
