HomeMy WebLinkAbout021893 ORD - 03/15/1994AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $29,699.65 AS FAA'S ESTIMATED PARTICIPATION IN THE COST OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO THE PERIMETER SECURITY AND ACCESS ROAD AND AIRFIELD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE 11' ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated $29,699.65 as FAA's estimated participation in the cost of Change Order No. 1 to the Perimeter Security and Access Road and Airfield Drainage Improvements Project. SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for immediate action necessary for the efficient and effective administration of City affairs, such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances at two regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect uponirst reading as an emergency this the 15 day of VCH , 19 OL.
