HomeMy WebLinkAbout021919 ORD - 04/19/1994AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $97,065.00 AS PART OF A TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION HIGHWAY SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM GRANT FOR PURCHASE OF TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL COORDINATION EQUIPMENT FOR THE GOLLIHAR ROAD AND MORGAN AVENUE TRAFFIC SIGNAL COORDINATION PROJECTS; ADDING $97,065.00 TO THE 220 STREET BOND FUND NO. 220-612- 602.63-596 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated $97,065.00 as part of a Texas Department of Transportation Highway Safety improvement program grant for purchase of traffic control signal coordination equipment for the Gollihar Road and Morgan Avenue Traffic Signal coordination projects. SECTION 2. That $97,065.00 be added to the 220 Street Bond Fund No. 220- 612-602.63-596. SECTION 3.
