A RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the taxing authorities have been asked to Quit
Claim any interest they hold in:
Lot 12, Block 8, Highway Village #2, Nueces County, Texas
and;
WHEREAS, the taxing authorities hold no interest in the
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Judge Robert N. Barnes is hereby
authorized to execute a Quit Claim Deed naming Shannon and Alissa
Thomas as Grantees.
