AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
(TXDOT) RELATIVE TO THE IMPROVEMENTS TO GREENWOOD DRIVE
FROM PADRE ISLAND DRIVE TO SARATOGA BOULEVARD AND
AUTHORIZING DEPOSITING $30,000 WITH TXDOT FROM THE STREET
BOND FUND AS THE CITY'S SHARE OF THE COST OF PLAN
PREPARATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is
hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the Texas Department
of Transportation (TXDOT) relative to the improvements to Greenwood
Drive from Padre Island Drive to Saratoga Boulevard and authorizing
depositing $30,000 with TXDOT from the Street Bond Fund as the
City's share of the cost of plan preparation.
