HomeMy WebLinkAbout021957 ORD - 05/31/1994AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN EASEMENT FOR EQUIPMENT STATION IN FAVOR OF SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, the City of Corpus Christi deems it appropriate to permit Southwestern Bell Telephone Company to construct, operate and maintain an equipment station on certain City property, NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an easement for equipment station, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1. SECTION 2.
