DENYING COMPLAINT OF SHORELINE VENTURES LIMITED AGAINST
CENTRAL POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Complaint Of
Shoreline Ventures Limited Against Central Power And Light Company
dated May 24, 1994, and received by the City on May 25, 1994; and
WHEREAS, neither Shoreline Ventures Limited nor Central Power
and Light Company objects to denial of the Complaint so that it can
be finally resolved by the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
Said Complaint is denied.
