WHEREAS, the taxing
legally described as:

NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS
authorities hold in trust the
PEDRO ADDITION, CITY OF CORPUS
WHEREAS, an offer has been made by Abelardo Teniente to
purchase the property for the sum of $3,500.00 which is less than
what is owed against the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Sec. 34.05 of the Property
Tax Code, the governing body of the City of Corpus Christi hereby
authorizes said resale for the price offered and authorizes County
Judge Robert N. Barnes to execute a resale deed naming the buyer as
Grantee.
