HomeMy WebLinkAbout021985 ORD - 07/12/1994AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH PITTENCRIEFF AMERICA, INC. FOR A SURFACE LEASE FOR DIRECTIONAL DRILL SITES; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an Assignment of Lease Agreement with Pittencrieff America, Inc. for a surface lease for directional drill sites, all as more fully set forth in the Assignment of Lease Agreement, a substantial copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, marked Exhibit A. SECTION 2.
