RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 021991
WHEREAS, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department has a specific form of resolution
which it requires to be used to initiate participation in its grant process; and,
WHEREAS, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department has requested the City to rescind
the prior resolution and pass a new resolution with the appropriate format.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That Resolution No. 021991 is hereby rescinded.
