HomeMy WebLinkAbout022015 ORD - 08/16/1994AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE A LEASE WITH SAMUEL ROGGERS AND ASSOCIATES FOR THE SIDEWALKS, AND MEDIANS ON SHORELINE BOULEVARD BETWEEN RESACA AND PALO ALTO STREETS FOR THEIR NON-EXCLUSIVE USE FROM AUGUST 31, 1994 TO SEPTEMBER 6, 1994 AND THEIR EXCLUSIVE USE SEPTEMBER 2 AT 4 P.M. TO 9 A.M. SEPTEMBER 5, 1994 IN CONSIDERATION OF A $25 PERMIT FEE AND 4% OF THEIR GROSS RECEIPTS OR DIRECT CITY COSTS WHICHEVER IS GREATER; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS; SECTION 1: That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a lease with Samuel Roggers and Associates for the sidewalks and medians on Shoreline Boulevard between Resaca and Palo Alto Streets for their non-exclusive use from August 31, 1994 to September 6, 1994 and their exclusive use Spetember 2 at 4 p.m. to 9 a.m. September 5, 1994, in consideration of a permit fee of $25.00 and the payment of 4% of their gross receipts or direct City costs, whichever is greater.
