HomeMy WebLinkAbout022039 ORD - 09/20/1994AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 021997 WHICH ADOPTED THE FY 1994- 95 OPERATING BUDGET BY ADDING $400,000.00 TO THE AVIATION CAPITAL RESERVE; APPROPRIATING $400,000.00 FROM THE AIRPORT FUND CAPITAL RESERVE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 021997 which adopted the FY 1994-95 operating budget is hereby amended by adding $400,000.00 to the Aviation Capital Reserve from the 1994-95 Aviation Fund unreserved fund balance. SECTION 2: That $400,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Aviation Fund Capital Reserve for capital expenditure during FY 1994-95.
