OVER THAT PORTION OF THE CORPUS CHRISTI BAY BOTTOM BOUNDED ON ONE SIDE BY LAWRENCE STREET T -HEAD, ON ONE SIDE BOUNDED BY A LINE EXTENDED FROM THE NORTH FACE OF THE LAWRENCE STREET T - HEAD TO THE POINT WHERE IT INTERSECTS A LINE EXTENDED FROM THE WEST FACE OF THE LAWRENCE STREET T -HEAD, WHICH IS THE THIRD BOUNDARY LINE, CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 450 SQUARE FEET OF BAY BOTTOM, FOR PURPOSES OF TEMPORARY DOCKAGE FOR PASSENGERS LOADING AND UNLOADING FOR RELATED CHARTER BOAT SERVICES, BOAT BROKER SERVICES, SALES AND SERVICE, BUT NO COOKING, OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES ON THE PREMISES, IN CONSIDERATION OF CONSTRUCTING SAID DECK; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a five- year deck lease with Marina Fuel & Charter Boat Company, L.C., over that portion of the Corpus Christi Bay bottom bounded on one side by Lawrence Street T -Head, on one side bounded by a line extended from the north face of the Lawrence Street T -Head to the point where it intersescts a line extended from the west face of the Lawrence Street T -Head, which is the third boundary line, containing approximately 450 square feet of bay bottom, for the purpose of temporary dockage for passengers loading and unloading for related charter boat services, boat broker services, sales and service, but no cooking of food and beverages on the Premises, in consideration of constructing said deck, a copy of which is on file with the City Secretary. SECTION 2. That publication shall be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi. AG5000.628 t MICROFILMED.
