AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 53 -TRAFFIC,
SECTION 53-252, SCHEDULE III - PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES; AND
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 53 -Traffic, Section
53-252, Schedule III - Parking Prohibited at all times on certain streets, is hereby
amended by adding the following:
Rodd Field Road (S.H. 357), both sides, between So. Padre Island Drive
(S.H. 358 North Frontage Road) and The Mansions Drive.
Saratoga Boulevard (S.H. 357), both sides between South Staples Street
(F.M. 2444) and Rodd Field Road.
SECTION 2. The City Secretary shall cause publication of this ordinance
in compliance with the City Charter.
SECTION 3. Violation of these parking restrictions may result in citations
being issued and fines being assessed.
SECTION 4. A violation of Section 53-252 is subject to the penalty in
Section 1-6 of the City Code.
