HomeMy WebLinkAbout022104 ORD - 12/13/1994AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $3,648.00 FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH GRANT FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN AUTOMATIC EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATOR AND RELATED EQUIPMENT; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 021997 WHICH ADOPTED THE FY 1994-95 OPERATING BUDGET BY ADDING $3,648.00 TO THE AVIATION FUND NO. 117; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI: SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated $3,648.00 from the Texas Department of Health grant for the purchase of an Automatic External Defibrillator and related equipment. SECTION 2. Amending Ordinance No. 021997 which adopted the FY 1994-95 operating budget by adding $3,648.00 to the Aviation Fund No. 117. SECTION 3.
