A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING RESALE OF LOTS 7 & 8, BLOCK 33, SOUTH BLUFF
ADDITION, FOR THE PRICE OFFERED AND AUTHORIZING COUNTY
JUDGE RICHARD M. BORCHARD TO EXECUTE A RESALE DEED
NAMING MR. ADAN RANGEL AS GRANTEE.
WHEREAS, the taxing authorities hold in trust the property legally described as:
LOT 7 & 8, BLOCK 33, SOUTH BLUFF ADDITION, NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS
and;
WHEREAS, an offer has been made by Mr. Adan Rangel to purchase the property for the
sum of $5500.00 which is less than what is owed against the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Sec. 34.05 of the Property Tax Code, the governing body
of the City of Corpus Christi hereby authorizes said resale for the price offered and authorizes County
Judge Richard M. Borchard to execute a resale deed naming the buyer as Grantee.
