ORDERING 90 -DAY E:4:TENSION AS PART OF
CABLE RATE REGULATION REVIEW
WHEREAS, on February 28, 1995,
Inc. ("TCI") filed its FCC Form 1205
Christi (the "City"), as part of the
regulation process; and
TCI Cablevision of Texas,
with the City of Corpus
basic service tier rate
WHEREAS, additional time beyond the initial thirty (30) -
day review period is needed by the City to complete its review and
to issue a disposition order concerning this filing; and
WHEREAS, FCC regulations allow the City to seek an
extension of ninety (90) additional days by the City's own "order,"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That for the reasons set forth above, it is
hereby ORDERED that the City shall have a ninety (90) -day extension
period to complete its review of TCI's FCC Form 1205 filing such
that the City shall have until June 28, 1995 by which to issue a
disposition order concerning this TCI filing.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall constitute a Tolling
Order under Section 55-191(D)(2) of the Corpus Christi Code
(adopted via Ordinance No. 021802 which was approved by the City
Council on November 16, 1993).
