HomeMy WebLinkAbout022192 RES - 03/28/1995RESOLUTION ORDERING 90 -DAY EXTENSION AS PART OF CABLE RATE REGULATION REVIEW OF TCI'S FCC FORM 1210 FILED MARCH 23, 1995 WHEREAS, on March 13, 1995, TCI Cablevision of Texas, Inc. ("TCI") filed its FCC Form 1210 with the City of Corpus Christi (the "City"), as part of the basic service tier rate regulation process; and WHEREAS, additional time beyond the initial thirty (30) - day review period is needed by the City to complete its review and to issue a disposition order concerning this filing; and WHEREAS, FCC regulations and City ordinance allow the City to seek an extension of ninety (90) additional days to complete the review of the filing, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That for the reasons set forth above, it is hereby ORDERED that the City shall have a ninety (90) -day extension period to complete its review of TCI's March 13, 1995 FCC Form 1210 filing such that the City shall have until July 11, 1995 by which to issue a disposition order concerning this TCI filing. SECTION 2. This resolution shall constitute a Tolling Order under Section 55-191(D)(2) of the Corpus Christi Code (adopted via Ordinance No. 021802 which was approved by the City Council on November 16, 1993).
