AUTHOFW NG RESALE OF LOT 18, BLOCK 2, MARINER'S CAY
UNIT 2-A, FOR THE PRICE OFFERED AND AUTHORIZING
COUNTY JUDGE RICHARD M. BORCHARD TO EXECUTE A
RESALE DEED NAMING STEVE VALDEZ AS GRANTEE
WHEREAS, the taxing authorities hold in trust the property legally described as:
LOT 18, BLOCK 2, MARINER'S CAY UNIT 2-A
and;
WHEREAS, an offer has been made by Steve Valdez to purchase the property for the sum
of $2,750.00 which is Tess than what is owed against the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Sec. 34.05 of the Property Tax Code, the governing body
of the City of Corpus Christi hereby authorizes said resale for the price offered and authorizes County
Judge Richard M. Borchard to execute a resale deed naming the buyer as Grantee.
