AUTHORIZING RESALE OF LOT 9, BLOCK 1, LEE ANN ESTATES LESS
PORTION TO ROW, FOR THE PRICE OFFERED AND AUTHORIZING
COUNTY JUDGE RICHARD M. BORCHARD TO EXECUTE A RESALE
DEED NAMING B. K. GEORGE AS GRANTEE.
WHEREAS, the taxing authorities hold in trust the property legally described as:
LOT 9, BLOCK 1, LEE ANN ESTATES LESS PORTION TO ROW
and;
WHEREAS, an offer has been made by B. K. George to purchase the property for the sum
of $700.00 which is Tess than what is owed against the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Sec. 34.05 of the Property Tax Code, the governing body of
the City of Corpus Christi hereby authorizes said resale for the price offered and authorizes County
Judge Richard M. Borchard to execute a resale deed naming the buyer as Grantee.
