AUTHORIZING RESALE OF SOUTH 2 ACRES OF LOT 9, SECTION 50,
FLOUR BLUFF AND ENCINAL FARM AND GARDEN TRACTS, FOR THE
PRICE OFFERED AND AUTHORIZING COUNTY JUDGE RICHARD M.
BORCHARD TO EXECUTE A RESALE DEED NAMING JOHN DRISCOLL
AS GRANTEE.
WHEREAS, the taxing authorities hold in trust the property legally described as:
SOUTH 2 ACRES OF LOT 9, SECTION 50, FLOUR BLUFF AND
ENCINAL FARM AND GARDEN TRACTS
and;
WHEREAS, an offer has been made by John Driscoll to purchase the property for the sum
of $10,000 which is less than what is owed against the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Sec. 34.05 of the Property Tax Code, the governing body
of the City of Corpus Christi hereby authorizes said resale for the price offered and authorizes County
Judge Richard M. Borchard to execute a resale deed naming the buyer as Grantee.
