AUTHORIZING RESALE OF SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 3, BLOCK 3, SOUTH
END ADDTITON-CORPUS CHRISTI, FOR THE PRICE OFFERED AND
AUTHORIZING COUNTY JUDGE RICHARD M. BORCHARD TO
EXECUTE A RESALE DEED NAMING Kevin Hoy AS GRANTEE.
WHEREAS, the taxing authorities hold in trust the property legally described as:
SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 3, BLOCK 3, SOUTH END ADDITION -CORPUS CHRISTI
and;
WHEREAS, an offer has been made by Kevin Hoy to purchase the property for the sum of
$3,500.00 which is less than what is owed against the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Sec. 34.05 of the Property Tax Code, the governing body
of the City of Corpus Christi hereby authorizes said resale for the price offered and authorizes County
Judge Richard M. Borchard to execute a resale deed naming the buyer as Grantee.
