AUTHORIZING RESALE OF LOTS 14 AND 15, BLOCK 5, CRESTMONT
UNIT 8 -CORPUS CHRISTI, FOR THE PRICE OFFERED AND
AUTHORIZING COUNTY JUDGE RICHARD M. BORCHARD TO
EXECUTE A RESALE DEED NAMING ARTURO AMAYA AS GRANTEE.
WHEREAS, the taxing authorities hold in trust the property legally described as:
LOTS 14 AND 15, BLOCK 5, CRESTMONT UNIT 8 -CORPUS CHRISTI
and;
WHEREAS, an offer has been made by Arturo Amaya to purchase the property for the sum
of $4,500.00 which is less than what is owed against the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY ME CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Sec. 34.05 of the Property Tax Code, the governing body
of the City of Corpus Christi hereby authorizes said resale for the price offered and authorizes County
Judge Richard M. Borchard to execute a resale deed naming the buyer as Grantee.
