AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 022092 AUTHORIZING THE INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT AGREEMENTS AMENDING THE CONTRACTUAL DATE FROM
APRIL 1, 1995 TO MAY 15, 1995.
WHEREAS, in Ordinance No. 022092, the City Council allowed industries until April 1,
1995, to tender new industrial district agreements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to extend such deadline.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Ordinance 022092, and the third "Whereas" to Exhibit 1 to
Ordinance 022092, are hereby amended by deleting "April I" and substituting "May 15" therefore.
SECTION 2. In all other respects Ordinance 022092 is unchanged and remains in full force
and effect.
