APPROPRIATING RTA'S CONTRIBUTION OF $15,000 FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF A BUS TURNOUT ALONG GRAHAM ROAD FOR
THE ETHEL EYERLY SENIOR CENTER; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
021997, WHICH ADOPTED THE FY 1994-95 BUDGET, BY ADDING $15,000
TO THE FEDERAL/STATE GRANTS FUND NO. 162; AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
SECTION 1. That RTA's contribution of $15,000 is hereby appropriated for a construction
of a bus turnout along Graham Road for the Ethel Eyerly Senior Center.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 021997, which adopted the FY 1994-95 budget, is hereby
amended by adding $15,000 to the Federal/State Grants Fund No. 162.
SECTION 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy
attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for immediate action necessary for the
efficient and effective administration of City affairs, such finding of an emergency is made and
declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances at
two regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an
emergency measure this the V I day of M , 1995.

requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances at two

finally on the date it is introduced, or at the present meeting of the City Council.
