HomeMy WebLinkAbout022231 ORD - 05/09/1995AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNTS OF $16,969.33 FROM THE WATER ARTERIAL TRANSMISSION AND GRID MAIN TRUST FUND AND $85,979.26 FROM THE SANITARY SEWER COLLECTION LINE TRUST FUND TO PAY DEVELOPER REIMBURSEMENT REQUESTS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. SECTION 1. That $16,969.33 is hereby appropriated from the Water Arterial Transmission and Grid Main Trust Fund and $85,979.26 from the Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund to pay developer reimbursement requests. SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor of five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for immediate action necessary for the efficient and effective administration of City affairs, such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances at two regular meetings so that tIbis ordinance is passed ne� .and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the "I day of 'v` 1995.
