AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, SECTION 53-253, SCHEDULE
IV -- STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING PROHIBITED DURING
CERTAIN HOURS ON CERTAIN STREETS; PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION; AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Corpus Christi Code of Ordinances, Section 53-253, Schedule
IV, is hereby amended by adding the following section:
Name of Street Hours Stopping, Standing, or
Parking Prohibited
Mustang Trail, both sides, between Gollihar Road
and Staples Street. Between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
on schooldays only
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made one time in the official publication of the
City of Corpus Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
SECTION 3. A violation of these speed limits may result in a citation being issued
and a fine being assessed.
