AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A THREE-YEAR LEASE WITH THE CORPUS CHRISTI
SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION FOR KIWANIS, JAYCEE, AND PRICE
SOFTBALL FIELDS, IN CONSIDERATION OF ASSOCIATION PAYING
ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH MAINTAINING AND OPERATING
THESE SOFTBALL FIELDS; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a
three-year lease with the Corpus Christi Softball Association for Kiwanis, Jaycee, and Price Softball
fields, in consideration of association paying all costs associated with maintaining and operating
these softball fields.
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made one time in the official publication of the City of
Corpus Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
