AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A FIVE-YEAR LEASE WITH OSO PONY BASEBALL LEAGUE
FOR 15.411 ACRES IN SOUTH GUTH PARK FOR YOUTH BASEBALL
PROGRAMS FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF $1.00 AND MAINTENANCE
OF THE FACILITY AND PREMISES; AND PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a five-year lease
with Oso Pony League for 15.411 acres in South Guth Park for youth baseball programs for $1.00
and maintenance of the facility and premises.
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made in the official publication of the City of
Corpus Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
