AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A TWO-YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT WITH JOHN B. RUSSO
AND THOMAS W. STEWART FOR A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT
RESACA AND SAM RANKIN STREETS TO BE USED BY THE CITY'S
STREET DEPARTMENT FOR MATERIAL STORAGE FOR A RENTAL
FEE OF $300 PER MONTH WITH THE OPTION TO RENEW FOR AN
ADDITIONAL TWO-YEAR PERIOD UNDER THE SAME CONDITIONS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute a two-
year lease agreement with John B. Russo and Thomas W. Stewart for a tract of land located at
Resaca and Sam Rankin Streets to be used by the City's Street Department for material storage for
a rental fee of $300 per month with the option to renew for an additional two-year period under the
same conditions.
