AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE
AN AGRICULTURAL WATER USE COVENANT WITH WAYNE
LUNDQUIST ON 35.29 ACRES OF LAND OUT OF SECTION 21, FLOUR
BLUFF AND ENCINAL FORMS AND GARDEN TRACTS, LOTS 9 AND 10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute
an Agricultural Water Use Covenant with Wayne Lundquist on 35.29 acres of land out of Section
21, Flour Bluff and Encinal Forms and Garden Tracts, Lots 9 and 10, a copy of which is on file with
the City Secretary.
