AUTHORIZING RESALE OF CERTAIN LOTS FORECLOSED ON BY THE
COUNTY FOR FAILURE TO PAY TAXES, AND AUTHORIZING COUNTY
JUDGE RICHARD M. BORCHARD TO EXECUTE A RESALE DEED TO
THE NAMED GRANTEES FOR THE PRICE OFFERED FOR EACH OF
THE LOTS.
WHEREAS, the taxing authorities hold in trust the properties listed below and an offer has
been made for each property in the amount and by the person(s) listed below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Sec. 34.05 of the Property Tax Code, the governing body of
the City of Corpus Christi hereby authorizes resale of the properties listed below for the price offered
by the person(s) listed below and authorizes County Judge Richard M. Borchard to execute a resale
deed for:

A Lots 4 & 5, Block 14, Central Wharf And Warehouse Company's Subdivision to
Rose Mary Knippa and Danyce Knippa as Grantees for the sum of $5,150.00;
B Lots 1 Thru 4, Block 19, Central Park Addition to Xavier Perez as Grantee for the
sum of $12,000.00;
C Lot 4, Block 25 Surrey Place #1 -Corpus Christi as recorded at Vol. 48, p. 138, Map
Records of Nueces County, Texas, save and except 24,194 square feet conveyed by
deed recorded at Vol. 2015, p. 13, Deed Records, Nueces County, Texas to Mary
Saenz as Grantee for the sum of $10,000.00;
D Lot 61, Country Club Place Addition, Less Row Portion to B. K. George as Grantee
for the sum of $875.00;
E Lot 5, Block 19, Home Place Addition -Corpus Christi to Xavier Gonzalez as Grantee
for the sum of $3,500.00;
F Lot 5, Block 21, Meadow Park -Corpus Christi to The Primera Asamblea De Dios as
Grantee for the sum of $3,500.00;
G Lot 10, Block 11, Carver Addition No. 2 -Corpus Christi to The Greater Watkins
Temple Church Of God In Christ as Grantee for the sum of $1,600.00;
H Lot 18, Block 3, Crestmont Unit 8 to Eloy H. Salazar and Ricardo A. Martinez as
